Building muscles by eating certain foods

1. Lean beef is a favorite of many people. How lean does the beef have to be? A 3.5 serving has to have no more than 10 grams of fat, 4.5 saturated fat and 95 milligrams of cholesterol. And what is great about lean beef there is a million ways to cook it.

2. Eggs have a lot of protein in them which makes them a great food to build muscles. Eggs do have some fat in them but most of it is not saturated fat which is the fat you don’t want. Eggs are also a great source of vitamins which is good if you are exercising or not.

3. Fish also has a high degree of protein. Salmon and tuna are two of the best fish that you can eat because they contain omega-3 fatty acids, which is an unsaturated fat that helps body growth and is good for your heart.

4. Pasta has carbohydrates in them which give us energy which is essential for exercising and building muscle. Also, Complex carbohydrates produce glycogen that gives your muscles long lasting energy.

5. Lean chicken is also a great source of protein and low in fat. Like beef it is easy to find ways to cook it in an appetizing way.
