What is Sarcopenia?

Sarcopenia is an important term that most people have never heard of, it is the degeneration of muscle and strength associated with aging. Poor posture and slow movement are the result of it. Sarcopenia is very common today because of the sedentary lifestyles of older people.

As you can imagine strength exercise can greatly slow down Sarcopenia by building muscle mass and increasing your strength.
